Shipping
Shipping is offered through UPS or USPS. Should you
require special shipping accommodations, please contact
us and we would be glad to assist you.
Free Ground Shipping
One Of A Kind Formals frequently offers free ground
shipping. When offered as an option, free ground
shipping is available for online orders that go to a
single U.S. address. This offer applies to delivery
addresses in the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. Simply
select the free ground shipping option at checkout to
take advantage of this offer. Orders eligible for free
shipping are typically sent via UPS.
Returns
We take pride in offering our customers quality
merchandise that is delivered as promised! We carefully
inspect each item that is shipped from our store to be
sure it is the style, size, and color that you ordered,
free of damage or defect and will reach you before your
wear date.
We hope you love your dress but should any item fail to
meet your expectations, we shall gladly take it back for
a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. If you
return the dress for a refund, you will be charged a
restocking fee. Restocking fees are 25% of the price of
the dress.
Please call our toll free number,1111111111 or email us
info@oneofakindformals.biz within 3 (THREE) days of
delivery, to advise us of your intentions and we will
issue a return authorization number. In order to
exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also
ship your package within the same 3 day period and the
package must be post-marked. If the package is
post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused
and sent back.
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without
this return authorization number. You must write the
return authorization number on the outside of the box.
We will reject all shipments that do not have a return
authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund
will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original
condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Sizing charts are available on the site, so be sure that
you have ordered the correct size, many dresses are
easily altered by a local seamstress. If you need advice
on alterations, please call us, we will be glad to
assist you. Remember, most gowns are made for girls that
are 5'8", so most gowns will need some form of
alteration.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
Before you buy, check individual item carefully to see
if it can be returned or exchanged.
The following merchandise can NOT be returned, exchanged
or cancelled: NO EXCEPTIONS!
Special orders are not returnable and not exchangeable.
Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not
have in stock. Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable. If
you request to exchange a dress for another size the
second dress is NOT returnable.
Special Orders - dresses and other items made or
ordered specifically for you
Specialty Items - delicate fabrics, fragile
beading and intricate embroidery
Bridal: Wedding gowns and dresses, Bridesmaid
Dresses, Mothers Dresses
Intimates: shape wear, slips or bras
Sale: price reduced
We have no
control and accept no responsibility for the sizing you
select for your merchandise.
